Fall Programs

The Learning Community offers two types of services:  Small Group Instruction and Individual Instruction/tutoring.   We have many different types of Small Groups that we offer in the Summer which are described below.

Fall Programs begin in the week of Oct 19th!

Cursive Camp

Cursive Writing  is part of the curriculum in school that sadly does not get the time it deserves during the busy school day. This group will focus on teaching the proper way to write in cursive.  In turn, students will be able to read cursive.   This will be a fun and interactive way to learn a new skill or freshen up skills already learned!

Grade: 2nd through 5th

Fast Fact Finders

This group is offered in the summer for students entering 2nd and 3rd grade.  Students will receive targeted practice with either their addition, subtraction, multiplication, or division facts. They will increase their fact fluency through games, site resources, and songs. Security with basic math facts will make a world of difference when they are applied in the classroom!
